煤矿安全生产的人因故障分析及对策

摘　　要：煤矿安全生产人因故障具有潜在性、不可逆转性、突发性和不确定性和可修复性的特点。其影响因素包括个性特征、疲劳因素,事故的昼夜分布以及月份分布和自然环境因素等。提出了预防人因故障的7条对策。Malfunction caused by human error is potential, irriversible, paroxysmal, indefinite and restorable. It's affected by the factors which include personal characteristics, fatigue, accident distributing of day and night and of months, and entironment. The paper brought forward 7 pieces of countermeasures to prevent the malfunction caused by human error.
