摘　　要：带式输送机是一种输送松散物料的主要设备,因其众多优点而被广泛应用在矿山、港口、冶金等行业。但由于输送带自身原因和外在因素影响,断带事故时有发生。分析了输送带断裂的原因,讨论了断带保护装置的结构原理及其产生加紧力方式,提出了不同规模的企业应当选用不同的断带保护装置。A belt conveyor is a kind of major equipment to carry loose materiel and is widely used in industries such as mine port, metallurgy, etc. for its numerous advantages. But because of the influence of belt itself and outside factor, the accident that the belt is cut off often appears. In this paper, analyse the cause of belt＇s being cut off, discuss the structure, principle, and the means of generating force of conveyor belt protection equipment, bring forward that different size enterprises should choose different protection equipment.
