价值工程在螺纹滚压机改进过程中的应用

摘　　要：根据价值工程的原理方法,对滚压机进行了功能成本分析,找出了功能成本不匹配的零部件;并运用价值工程创意方法进行了方案创新设计,提出了新的改进方案。改进后降低了滚压机的成本,方便了调节,保持了剥肋调节与滚丝轮调整的协调一致性,实现了用户的必要功能,提高了产品的价值。This thesis according to the value engineering theories method and the procedure steps that develop value engineering activity, analyzed to the product construction of the rolling machine in detail, and made use of the value engineering method to the rolling machine proceeded the function cost analysis, finding out the unmatched parts, made use of the value engineering creative design in project, and put forward the new improvement project. The improvement lowers to the cost, conveniences regulate, keeps shell the rib regulate with roll a coordination of adjustment consistency, realizes the necessary function of the customer, and increases the value of the product.
