摘  要:对于目前广泛应用的液压传动系统故障诊断的困难性,介绍一种简便、实用的故障诊断方法。该法通过对系统参数的定量检测和逻辑分析,大大提高了系统故障诊断的准确性、快速性和科学性,降低了对维修人员的技术水平要求。实验表明,该法比传统的故障诊断方法效率大大提高,装拆工作量大大减少,具有较高的实用推广价值。Aim at the difficulty of accident diagnoses in hydrostatic transimission system that is extensively applied at present, introduce a kind of simple and practical method of accident diagnoses. This method passes the metered examination and logic analysises of the system parameters, consumedly raised the science, fast and accuracies that the system accident examine a patient,lowered the technique level request of maintenance men. The experiment express that this method raised the effciency consumedly more than the tradition method of accident diagnoses does, reducing to pack to dismantle the workload consumedly, having the higher practical expansion value.
