摘  要:在前人研究的基础上,提出了一种扭轮和光轴之间正压力可调的新型扭轮摩擦传动机构,并研究了压力可调扭轮摩擦传动机构扭轮和光轴之间正压力与弹簧压力之间的关系,分析了该机构导程和扭轮轴线与光轴轴线夹角的关系,并推导出其关系式。采用压力可调扭轮摩擦传动机构设计了一维超精密伺服驱动工作台,分析了其结构特点和工作原理。On the basis of the forefathers study , we put forward a new type of twist - roller friction drive whose positive pressure between twist- roller and smooth shaft can be adjusted, and the relationship between the positive pressure, which is between the twist - roller and the smooth shaft, and the spring pressure is studied. In addition, we analyze the relation ship between the lead of this drive and the angle between the twist -roller axes and the smooth shaft axes, and then derive its relational expression. We develop an ultra - precision working bench by adopting the adjustable pressure twist - roller friction drive, and analyze its structure characteristic and operation principle.
