摘　　要：总部经济与现代服务业之间是互为条件,相辅相成的。从一方面说,城市的总部集群为现代服务业的发展提供了充分的发展空间,公司、企业总部成为现代服务企业的重要客户和推动现代服务业快速增长的驱动力。总部经济的发展必然带动一个城市现代服务业的发展,总部密集的地区则会对现代服务业的发展提出更为强烈的需求。从另一方面说,现代服务业的发展是总部经济赖以形成的重要条件。总部经济的产生和发展离不开现代服务业的发展,总部经济的生存环境要求必须有发达的现代服务业的配套。The headquarter economy and modem service industry are correlated and supplementary to each other. On one hand, headquarter clusters in a city offer an abundant space for the development of modem service industry. The headquarters of companies and enterprises are important customers of modem service enterprises and the driving force to promote the fast growth of modem service industry. The development of headquarter economy will certainly drive the development of modem service industry in a city. The districts where headquarters are densely located will have a stronger demand for the development of modem service industry. On the other hand, the development of the modem service industry is an important condition the headquarter economy depends on. The headquarter economy cannot emerge or grow without the development of modem service industry, and the surviving environment for headquarter economy requires well-developed facilities of modem service industry.
