摘 要:通过对瓜实蝇Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) cucurbitae在10、14、18、22、26、30、34和38℃下卵、幼虫和蛹的发育历期及成虫羽化、取食、交尾和产卵等生物学特性的研究表明,瓜实蝇的卵、幼虫和蛹的发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,其最适发育温度在26~30℃范围内.14℃下卵期3.5~4.0 d,平均(3.68±0.14) d,30℃下仅需1 d;幼虫于14℃下历期最长为(9.0~16.0) d,平均(11.73±1.21) d,30℃下最短为4.0~6.0 d,平均(4.83±0.24) d;蛹14℃下最长为24.0~33.0 d,平均(26.95±0.41) d,最短30℃下为6.0~7.0 d,平均(6.39±0.02) d.成虫白天活动,黄昏时交尾,羽化多集中于凌晨.卵产于瓜皮内,以幼虫蛀食瓜肉为害,老熟幼虫脱离瓜果进入土中化蛹.This paper gave an introduction to development periods of Melon fly (Bactrocera(Zeugodacus) cucurbitae) in egg , larvae and pupae stage at 10, 14, 18, 22, 26, 30, 34, 38℃ and adult bionomics of eclosion, feeding ,copulation ,oviposition under the condition of indoors. The result showed that its egg,larvae,pupae developmental periods shorten with the increasing of temperature,their optimum developmental temperature was 26-30℃. The developmental time for egg required 3.5-4. 0 d,average (3. 68±0. 14) d at 14℃,while it took only ld at 30℃. In the larval stage,the developmental time was also longest for 9. 0-16. 0 d,average 11. 73 d at 14 C ,while 4. 0-6.0 d,average (4.83±0. 24) d at 30℃ ; the developmental time for pupae 24. 0-33. 0 d,average (2 6.95±0.41) d at 14℃, while 6. 0-7.0 d,average (6. 39±0. 02) d at 30℃. Adults are active in daytime andcopulation tookplace from evening to next early morning . The eggs are laid under the skins of the melons, the lavae feed in the hosts and larvae after matured,pupating in the moist soil.
