陆地棉生育期配合力和遗传力研究

摘  要:选用7个不同类型的陆地棉品种,分别在4个主要生育期即苗期、蕾期、花期、吐絮期,采用G riffing2法,按7×7完全双列杂交对品种生育特性进行配合力和遗传力研究。结果表明,早熟性的一般配合力(GCA)效应,特殊配合力(SCA)效应均不同程度的达到显著和极显著水平。生育期遗传以非加性基因效应占优势,而加性基因效应较小。4个生育时期的广义遗传力均比较高,而狭义遗传力均较低,仅花期狭义遗传力有所表现,说明花期性状可在早代进行选择。A 2、吉尔是较为理想的早熟育种亲本。7 Upland cotton varieties of different types were selected in the study and F1 progeny was produced by dialed cross design(GraffingⅡ),Then the combine ability and heritability of the growth traits was analysed (the growth traits were seedling, budding, flowering, ripping). The result indicated that the effects of the general combining ability and the special combining ability were significant or very significant to the different extent of the growth traits. For the heredity of the growth traits, the additive effect took the non-additive position ,but the effect of the dominant gene could not be ignored. The HB% were all higher and HB% were very low of four different development stages, but HB% of booting was expressed, This indicated booting trait could be selected in early offspring. A2, Jierjiesi were the better-breeding parents with early mature traits.
