摘 要:对‘独根红'和‘平韭四号'2个韭菜品种进行2℃、5℃和9℃的温度处理,观察比较不同处理后韭菜植株的萌发和生长速率,以研究不同低温处理对韭菜植株休眠的影响.结果表明,独根红韭菜植株通过休眠后,表现为萌发率≥60%需要的天数短,发芽迅速,生长速度快;处于浅休眠阶段时,人为打破休眠后在适宜温度生长时,萌发率≥60%的天数较长,发芽较缓,生长速度较慢;处于深度休眠状态的韭菜,在适宜温度生长时萌发率≥60%的天数长,发芽和生长缓慢.平韭四号植株在接受不同程度的低温处理后萌发和生长整齐迅速,没有表现出休眠特性.韭菜植株通过休眠的指标不仅要有萌发速率,还应包括生长速率.2~5℃是韭菜植株通过休眠的适宜温度.Using ‘Dugenhong'and ‘PingjiuNo. 4' treated at 2℃,5℃,9℃ in different days. The sprouting rate and growth rate were observed to determine the reaction of leek dormancy to different low temperature. The results were as following, ‘Dugenhong' in room temperature had fewer days before sprouting rate≥60%,sprouting and growing quickly when it was free from dormancy; it had longer days before sprouting rate ≥60% sprouting and growing slowly when it was in deep dormancy;and it showed intermediate properties between in free dormancy and deep dormancy when it was in low dormancy. ‘PingjiuNo. 4' in room temperature sprouted and grown quickly and uniformly after endured different low temperature, indicating to dormancy characteristic. The index of free dormancy include not only sprouting rate but also growth rate, 2 -5℃ is the suitable temperature for leek dormancy.
