摘 要:应用PEG、KH2PO4、GA3和低温处理方法,采用L9(34)正交试验设计处理甜椒种子,对甜椒种子活力提高的机理进行初步研究。结果表明:①在适宜条件下,PEG、KH2PO4、GA3和低温处理均能提高甜椒种子活力,其中GA3和低温处理效果最佳;②种子活力提高后,淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、SOD、POD和CAT活性增强;种子浸出液相对电导率、可溶性糖渗漏及M DA含量下降。萌发期间膜脂过氧化程度的降低和物质代谢水平的提高是甜椒种子活力提高的两个重要因素;③种子处理对甜椒种子存在两种修补作用,即物理修补和生化修补,其中以生化修补为主。Treatments including polythleneglyool (PEG). KH2PO4. GA3 and low temperature were investigated to enhance seed vigor of sweet pepper by L9(3^4) orthogonal experiment. The mechanism of enhanncing seed vigor were also studied primarily. The results indicated that :① PEG. KH2PO4.GA3and low temperature could improve seed vigor of sweet pepper at proper terms ,of which GA3and low tempreture produced the best effect; ② After seed vigor of sweet pepper was enhanced ,the activity of amylase, protease, lipase, SOD, Peroxidase, Catalase increased while relative electric conductivity of seed leakage,soluble sugar leakage and MDA content decreased. The decline of cell menbrane superoxidation and the increase of metabolism during seed germination were two improtant factors that accounted for enhanced seed vigor of sweet pepper; ③ There were physical and biochemical repairing effect for seed of sweet pepper ,of which biochemical reparing was dorminant in this study.
