摘  要:为了解红细胞等血象指标在高住低训中与EPO的变化关系,将14名男性大学生分为:1)高住低训组(livinghightraininglowgroup,HiLo组);2)高住安静组(livinghighcontrolgroup,Hi c组);每组7人。受试者每天低压低氧(2500m模拟高度)暴露12h;HiLo组每天在常压常氧环境下进行一次3000m跑训练;Hi c组在实验期间不进行任何运动训练。实验为期4周。结果表明,在间断性低氧暴露初期HiLo组的血红细胞(redbloodcell,RBC)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)、血球压积(hematocrit,Hct)即有所升高,第19d后达到最高峰。Hi c组的变化与HiLo组基本相似,但高峰的出现在第28d。促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)在间断性低氧暴露初期就有升高变化,11d后出现高峰。这一高峰与间断性低氧暴露19d后RBC、Hb、Hct的高峰有关。这表明间断性低氧暴露对EPO形成存在着慢性积累的过程,而红细胞的生成与释放对EPO存在量的依赖效应。In order to explore the relationship between hematocyte and erythropoietin (EPO) in “living high and training low”, the college students were divided into two groups, with seven in each. The groups were: 1 ) HiLo group (living high training low group) ; 2) Hi-c group (living high control group) ; HiLo group was exposed to a low levels of air pressure and oxygen (simulating 2,500-meter altitude) for 12 hours every day and ran 3,000 m at sea level once everyday. Hi-c did not do any exercises during the experiment, This protocol lasted for 4 weeks. The results showed that RBC, lib and Hct increased at the beginning of hypoxic exposure, and reached to a peak 19 days later. The changes of the RBC level for the Hi-C group is similar to that of HiLo group, only that a second plateau appeared on the 28th day after exposure to low pressure and low oxygen. EPO did not show any significant changes at the beginning, but after 11 days, a peak appeared which had a relationship with a peak of 19th day later of RBC,Hb and Hct. This indicated that developing of EPO had a chronic accumulate at discontinuity hypoxia exposure. RBC production and release depended on EPO levels.
