摘　　要：根据海军基地后勤管理中存在的问题，通过建立现代化的管理信息系统提高整个后勤工作的效率和决策科学性，并给出了基于client／server网络结构的系统构架的信息平台和三个子系统的组成，着重介绍了仓储管理子系统的开发过程和具体的实现方式。针对军事后勤保障信息化技术的发展，强调在实施信息系统过程中需要注意的数据管理，并且提出了为实现“三军联勤”而对后勤管理系统的尝试。The problems existed in logistics management of navy bases and a management information system （MIS） to solve it are presented. By attaching the management information system, the efficiency and decision in management of navy bases will be achieved. A number of subsystem such as decision support system, operation management system and inventory management system based on client/server network information platform are included in MIS. The process of researching and developing inventory management system is provided, aiming at the development of information in military affairs. A model for combined service force is intended to be established.
