摘  要:目的研究参七汤对心肌缺血大鼠心肌内皮素影响的分子机制。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、缺血组和参七汤组,利用垂体后叶素造模,分别测定各组心肌内皮素浓度及内皮素-1基因的表达。结果参七汤组心肌内皮素浓度明显低于缺血组;免疫组化显示缺血组心肌内皮素-1染色灰度值明显低于对照组和参七汤组。结论参七汤可显著降低缺血心肌内皮素浓度,可能是参七汤所代表的益气补元活血法能有效抑制缺血心肌内皮素-1基因的表达及蛋白合成。Objective:To study molecule mechanism of Shenqi Decoction (SD,参芪汤) on endo thelins(NO),in rats with myocardium ischemia.Methods:SD rats were divided into t he control group,the ischemica group and the SD group.Took advantage of pituitri n to make rat ischemic model,and assayed NO concentration and NO-1 gene express ion in myocardium every group.Results:NO concentration of the SD group was signi ficantly lower than that of the ischemia group,and immunohistochemical method di splayed thet NO-1 staining gray value of the ischemia group was evidently lower than that of the SD group.Conclusions:The reason that the SD prominently reduce d NO concentration of ischemic myocardium might be that it could effectively res train NO gene expression and protein synthesis in myocardium,which represents th e treatment method of Supplement Qi,Reinforcing Primordium and Activating Blood Circulation.
