不同剂量黄柏组方大补阴丸(汤)对CJ小鼠IL-2/IL-4免疫调节作用的初步研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨不同剂量黄柏组方的大补阴丸(汤)对CJ(campylobacterjejeni,CJ)小鼠Th1/Th2型细胞因子的影响。方法　用空肠弯曲菌免疫小鼠制备自身免疫病模型,造模第2周起,分别用小、中、大三个不同黄柏剂量的大补阴丸(汤)灌胃,连续用药2周后处死。取血制备血清,用ELISA试剂盒测定血清IL 2、IL 4的水平。结果　中、大剂量组黄柏的大补阴丸(汤)能明显降低CJ致敏小鼠升高的IL 2水平,而小剂量组效果不显著;中、大剂量黄柏大补阴丸(汤)能明显升高CJ致敏小鼠的IL 4水平,以中剂量组最为明显,而小剂量组表现为降低作用。结论　大补阴丸(汤)对CJ小鼠细胞因子有双向调节作用,黄柏在此过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To research the effects of DBYW with different dosage of CP on cytokines of IL-2 and IL-4 in autoimmune mice. Methods Autoimmune mice models induced by CJ were used as experimental objects.The mice were given DBYW with different dosage of CP from the second week after immunization to the forth week. The levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in mice serum were assayed by ELISA. Results DBYW can regulate the levels of IL-2 and IL-4, which was related to the dosage of CP in DBYW. Conclusion DBYW has reversible regulating effect on cytokines in autoimmune mice induced by CJ and CP plays a key role in boosting immune function.
