摘　　要：“和平崛起”的国际战略新理念,是基于中国共产党对于国际形势和发展趋势的总体判断,服务于2020年全面建成小康社会的战略目标,着眼于抓住今后20年左右的战略机遇期,形成的一条与经济全球化相结合的、独立自主的、有中国特色的现代化强国之路。它的提出和实施将对中国自身的发展和国际社会产生重大而深远的影响。Based on the report of 16th conference of Chinese Communist Party,“rise in peace”, the new international strategic idea, is an overall judgement of the international situation and the trends of development. It directly contributes to the strategic target of building a well-off society in an all-round way before the year 2020. It also helps us keep in mind how to make good use of the coming 20 years to develop a modem way of becoming a power nation. This is an independent way with Chinese characteristics and also closely connected with the globalization of the world economy. Proposal and carrying out of this idea will have a great and profound influence to the development of China and the world as well.
