摘　　要：两栋各占地270m^2并连接在一起的别墅在一处仅有700m^2的狭窄场地上拔地而起，每栋别墅内都包括四间卧室、两间浴室、一个淋浴房以及一处可停放两辆轿车的车库和一个地下室。Two joined villas of 270m^2 each are raised on a narrow 700m^2 sife. Each house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shower, a garage for 2 cars and a basement. The orientation of the site, with the street facing south and the garden facing north, drove the architects to a longitudinal division of the building. This prevented the creation of one villa facing north, and the other facing the street while provding ample houses across the whole plot.
