局麻下前列腺穿刺活检术60例疗效与护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨布比卡因局麻下经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺活检术的效果与护理方法。方法:将120例经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺活检术的前列腺疾病患者随机分为A、B组,各60例。A组为实验组采用布比卡因局麻,B组为对照组,直接行穿刺活检,由同一组医生、护士进行操作和护理。结果:A组疼痛较B组明显减轻(P<0 01);直肠出血量、排尿困难、尿潴留、肉眼血尿发生率比较,两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:布比卡因局麻能明显降低经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺活检术中患者的疼痛及不适程度而不增加手术并发症,积极的护理配合在穿刺术中具有重要作用。Objective ： To explore the curative effect and nursing methods of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy with local anesthesia of bupivacaine. Methods ： 120 patients examined by transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy were randomly divided into two troups A and B,60 patients for each group. Local anesthesia of bupivacaine was used in group A,the control group without local anesthesia. Results ：The symptom score of pain in group A was much less than the other group （P 〈0. 01 ）. There was no significant difference in the amount of rectal bleeding,the rate of gross hematuria and uroschesis between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Local anesthesia of bupivacaine can significantly diminish the pain and discomfort in those undergoing transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy without increasing the incidence of complications.And it＇s important effect of active nursing care in the patients of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy with local anesthesia of bupivacaine.
