摘　　要：目的:探讨针炙配合手法按摩预防硅胶囊假体隆乳术后包膜挛缩的临床疗效。方法:随机将100例患者分成2组,观察组接受针炙配合常规手法按摩。对照组接受常规手法按摩。结果:观察组患者中发生包膜挛缩明显少于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:针炙配合手法按摩预防硅胶囊假体隆乳术后胞膜挛缩具有较好的疗效。Objective： To explore clinical effect of acupuncture combined with manual massage in prevention of envelope contracture after breast swelling operation with silicon capsule implant. Method： 100 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group received acupuncture combined with routine manual massage, while the control group received routine manual massage. Result： There were much less cases with euvelope contracture in the observation group than in the control group , with a significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with manual massage has a better curative effect in prevention of envelope contraeture after breast swelling operation with silicon capsule implant.
