摘　　要：本文分析了 VFC(电压—频率变换器)在 A/D 转换中的特殊功用及其存在的局限性。着重阐述了在保持 VFC原有精度状况下,如何提高应用频率,以及在检测微弱信号中的特殊用法。The specific function and Limition of the mixed-integrated VFC (Voltage-Frequency Converter)in the case of analog-digital conversion are analyzed by virtue of the basic principles of the VFC,with emph- atic discussions on the enhancement of the applicable frequency and the detection of weak signals while keeping the original accuracy of the VFC unaffected.
