摘　　要：通过分析西藏玉龙铜矿湿法炼铜试验厂建设工程实施过程中的遇到的各种困难和所采取的解决办法,总结高原地区矿山工程实施及管理方面的经验。与内地相比,西藏高原地区矿山建设存在与人相关的和与工程外部建设条件相关的两类具挑战性因素。解决好这两类问题,是玉龙铜矿大规模开发建设成功的前提。The experiences on mining engineering practice and management in plateau area are summarized by analysis of the various difficulties met and the solution measures adopted in the construction of the hydrometallurgical pilot plant of Yulong Copper Mine in Tibet. There are two types of the challenging factors concerned with the personal and the external condition of engineering about mine construction in Tibet plateau. To solve these problems very well is the foundation of the successful construction and development for the Yulong Copper Mine.
