摘　　要：基于工程建设项目管理中的质量控制、工期控制和成本控制,探讨了项目管理在我国的发展,讨论了工程建设项目管理模式的基本类型:总分包模式、平行承包模式、联合体承包模式、合作体承包模式、EPC承包模式、CM承包模式和Partnering模式等及其各自的特点。重点讨论了项目管理中的Partnering模式的形成、基本概念、主要特征和信任、承诺和共享等几个基本的组成要素,以及Partnering模式的优点;研究了Partnering模式实施的时机与基本步骤。最后,分析了在我国当前形势下推行实施Partnering模式所存在的问题和注意事项。The developments of project management are discussed based on quality control, time limit and cost control etc existing in engineering construction project management in our country. The basic types, such as total contracting system,simultaneous contracting system, joint venture contracting system,union contracting system, EPC contracting system CM contracting system and Partnering contracting system were discussed, and the respective characteristic are analyzed in engineering construction project management system. There is an emphasis discussion for emerge, basic conception, advantages and main features of Partnering system in project management, and the three essential elements trust, promise and share one another. The opportunity and fundamental measures for bringing into Partnering system effect are studied in the Partnering system. In the end, the existing problems and observing matters are analyzed for carrying into the Partnering system in our country for the present condition.
