护理干预对提高消化性溃疡门诊病人医嘱依从性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨病人医嘱依从性在消化性溃疡治疗中的作用,指导护士通过护理干预提高护理质量和临床疗效。方法胃镜确诊为消化性溃疡的120例门诊病人,随机分为3组,每组40例,A组:常规治疗;B组:常规治疗+针对病人实施护理干预;C组:常规治疗+针对病人和家属实施联合护理干预。对3组病人医嘱依从性及疗效进行对比。结果3组病人医嘱依从性的差异具有统计学意义,其中C组病人医嘱依从性最好,其病人治愈率达93.5%。结论对病人与家属进行医嘱依从性联合干预,是保证消化性溃疡病药物治疗有效性的有力措施。Objective To explore the role of compliance with doctors＇ order in the treatment of peptic ulcer and to direct nurses to improve the quality of nursing and curative effect through nursing intervention. Method 120 outpatients diagnosed as peptic ulcer by gastroseopy were randomly divided into three groups, 40 patients in group A were treated with conventional treatment;40 patients in group B were treated with conventional treatment integrated with nursing intervention on patients ;and 40 patients in group C were treated with conventional treatment integrated with nursing intervention both on patients and their family members, Then the patients＇ compliance with doctors＇ order and curative effect were compared in the three groups, Results There was significant difference in the patients＇ compliance in the three groups,with the patients＇ compliance in group C was better than that of the other two groups,and the curative rate of patients with good compliance achieved to 93, 5%, Conclusion Applying integrated nursing intervention both on patients and family members to enhance the patients＇ compliance was one of the effective measures to guarantee the curative effect for peptic ulcer,
