高血压与非高血压老年人5 min内多次测量血压结果的对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨有无高血压的老年人在短时间内血压变化的情况以及临床意义。方法对2002年1月至2004年6月714例门诊测量血压的老年人,其中确诊高血压391例,非高血压323例,于5min内进行3次测量,并分组作对比分析。结果所测血压第3次比第1次,收缩压下降人次占64.1%,升高占21.4%,总的变化率为85.5%,无变化人次占14.4%,收缩压变化值最高为40mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa);舒张压下降人次占48.7%,升高占14.7%,总的变化率为63.4%,无变化人次占36.6%,舒张压变化值最高为26mmHg;收缩压及舒张压变化>5mmHg分别占70.2%、44.2%;第3次与第1次相比,收缩压及舒张压平均差分别为8.5mmHg、5.2mmHg,均>5mmHg;两组平均压差及变化率的对比分析,结果表明差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年人短时间内自身调节血压的功能存在着一定变化空间,这个空间不论是否有高血压的都是相同的。Objective The purpose was to blood pressure change circs and clinic meaning for the probe into old folks hypertension whether in little. Methods The study to old folks measure blood pressure in outpatient of 714 cases （thereinto cover hypertension was diagnose 391 cases） on January 2002 to June 2004, When blood pressure measureing of three-time in five minute, to do balance analyse. Results It was seen that measure blood pressure of the three-time,third-time and first-time compare, SBP drop person-time rate is 64.1% of the cases, SBP hoist person-time rate is 21.4%, SBP total change rate is 85.5% , SBP nothing change person-time rate is 14.4%, SBP wave value tiptop was 40 mm Hg （1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa）. DBP drop person-time rate is 48.7% of the cases, DBP hoist person-time rate is 14.7%, DBP total change rate is 63.4%, DBP nothing change person-time rate is 36.6%, DBP wave cost tiptop was 26 mm Hg. SBP and DBP change bound〉5 mm Hg each rate is 70.2% and 44.2%. third-time and first-time on difference of measure blood pressure, SBP and DBP average difference each was 8.5 mm Hg and 5.2 mm Hg, all big to 5 mm Hg. The result antitheses analysed of average pressure difference and change rate was no marked difference in two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion It is concluded that old folks self accommodate function of blood pressure was being roomage change of to a certainty in little, and this roomage without reference to hypertension whether was all sameness.
