摘  要:从鱼塘中分离到1株高效的有氧反硝化菌,经初步鉴定,为芽孢杆菌。在溶解氧(OD)达到2mg/L时,除氮率达97%,OD达到4~5mg/L,仍有一定的反硝化作用,除氮率为85%以上。与典型的好氧反硝化菌Pseudomonasstutzeri[1]相比,有更强的耐溶解氧的优势。同时初步探讨了水体中不同溶解氧、碳源、pH、温度对该芽孢杆菌W2菌株反硝化作用的影响,水体中存在一定量有机碳源有利于反硝化,当以葡萄糖为碳源,pH为7.0~7.5,温度为32℃时,W2菌株具有最佳的降解人工废水反硝化能力。实验结果表明,在好氧条件下,菌体浓度为1000个/mL时,对自然水体中高达1mg/L亚硝酸浓度也能发挥高效的反硝化作用。A newly isolated Bacillus W2 from fishpond possesses highly effective denitrification under aerobic as well as anaerobic conditions. It has high ability to eliminate nitrogen at 97% under dissolved oxygen at 2 mg/L, even wb.en dissolved oxygen hits up to 4-5 mg/L it still has certain denitrification and the nitrogen elimination rate was over 85 %. As compared with typical aerobic denitrification bacterium Pseudornonas stutzeri, it has the superiority to resist even higher dissolved oxygen. The effects of dissolved oxygen in water body, carbon source, pH, and temperature on its denitrification were investigated. The results showed that a certain amount of carbon source was conducive to the denitrification. When glucose played as carbon source, pH at 7.0- 7.5, and 32 ℃ , W2 possesses the optimum denitrification ability to degrade artificial wastewater. Under aerobic condition, when the bacterial concentration was 1 000/mL it still could bring highly effective denitrification into play in natural water body at 1 mg/L of nitrite.
