摘　　要：目的：探讨心脏损伤的急救护理。方法：对1970年1月～2003年1月间我院接诊心脏损伤患者32例临床资料,院前急救处理、围手术期护理进行回顾性总结分析。结果：5例死亡,其余27例均治愈。结论：心脏损伤患者,及时合理的院前急救护理,准确的病情观察及监护,充分的术前准备和围手术期护理,可提高抢救成功率。Objective：To discuss the first aid and nursing of cardiac trauma . Methods：32 cases patients who were in cardic trauma were given retrospective analysis in clinical data, ex - nursing and first aid , operation scheme and perioperativecare during 1970 - 2003. （Among 32 patients which consist of 17 heart piercing wound cases and 15 dull cardiac trauma cases 10 cases were appear acute cardiac tamponade symptom were given emergency operations, 2 blunt cardiac trauma cases were given operations in due course; 3cases were given consenative treatment. Results： The results indicated that 5 patients died, the rest patients were all cured. Conclusions： Those will present higher rate of successful salvage that effective processing of ex - nursing and first aid, accurate observing of the condition and serving as guardian, properoperation scheme,the first aid and perioperative care.
