摘　　要：根据山西省甜玉米产业化发展的条件,国内外甜玉米加工产品的结构和市场分析,提出了在山西省实施以产品加工为中心环节的甜玉米产业化构思。According to the conditions for the industrialized development of the sweet corn in Shanxi province, this paper analyzes on the structure and the market of the products of the sweet corn at home and abroad, and puts forward the idea of carrying out the industrialized development of the sweet corn in Shanxi province taking the product processing as the central link.
