摘　　要：根据智能建筑应用技术的发展和专业建设的需要 ,结合我院情况研究。According to the development of intelligent building and the needs of specialized construction, combining institute′s situation, the paper presents construction implementing scheme of the planning and design intelligent building comprehensive laboratory.
