女大学生择业心理探析

摘　　要：女大学生有其择业优势，如卓越的语言表达能力，独特的思维能力、善于交往的天赋、意志具有坚韧性，独有的人格魅力和管理能力的优势等；也有其择业劣势，如成就意识偏弱、心理素质欠佳、自信心不足、依赖心理强、优柔寡断等。女大学生在择业时克服自身弱点、发挥自身优势的方法有：充分认识自身的特点，认真做好求职的准备，充满自信、战胜自我，勇于竞争、善于竞争，始终保持女性的魅力和风度，克服女性的弱点。College girl students have their advantages on job-hunting,such as excelling at language expression,specializing in thinking, having a talent for communication, owning a strong will have a particular moral magic and advanced management ability. But their Job-hunting weakness still exits ,for example,they don't have an eager desire for success and without a strong will,lack self-confidence and easily depend on others ,can't make a quick decision on urgent issues,etc. The methods,which college girl students to get rid of weakness of character and give full play to the advantages,are as follow: be aware of the merits,be ready for job-hunting,be filled with self-confidence, be brave and good at competing,have magic and poise,overcome the shortcomings.
