摘　　要：目的:观察假体隆乳的效果及并发症情况,总结假体隆乳的经验。方法:分析753例假体隆乳者的效果及并发症率,总结手术方法、并发症的处理及术后治疗。结果:对618例进行了2～49个月的随访,其中并发症有纤维包膜挛缩、血肿、位置不正等,正确治疗后恢复良好,纤维包膜挛缩2例(0.32%)。结论:本文所述假体隆乳方法效果良好,恰当地防治并发症能有效地提高假体隆乳的成功率。Objective To observe the effect and complications of augmentation mammoplasty by mammary implants,to summarize the experience of augmentation mammoplasty by breast implants. Methods To analyse the effect and complications of augmentation mammoplasty by mammary implants for 753 cases,to summarize operative method,the treatments of complication and after operated. Results 618 cases have been visited for more than two months,average 28.36±14.65months,604 cases97.73%）are satisfactory,capsular contracture happens in 2 cases（0.32%）;The complications are capsular contracture,blood edema, incorrect position and so on, they can be treated well, Conclusion The augmentation mammoplasty by mammary implants stated in this article can get good effect,the complications should be treated properly for the successful rate of augmentation mammoplasty by mammary implants.
