颞筋膜瓣和E-PTFE在面部皮下软组织缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨颞筋膜瓣、e-PTFE在面部皮下软组织缺损修复中的应用价值。方法:应用颞筋膜瓣、e-PTFE并采用不同切口入路对面部软组织缺损进行修复。软组织充填多在皮下脂肪层下潜行分离,行颞筋膜、e-PTFE充填。结果:本组修复的患者术后均Ⅰ期愈合,面部轮廓改善理想,触诊手感自然,其中1例患者1月后修复区有一直径5mm大的皮肤坏死,其余均无其他并发症发生。结论:应用颞筋膜瓣、e-PTFE进行面部皮下软组织缺损充填是理想而损伤小且效果明显的修复方法。Objective To investigate the value of application to the temporal fascia flap e-PTFE application in the repair of the facial soft tissue defect. Methods To adopt different incision repair facial soft tissue defect using the e-PTFE,temporal fascia flap or their united application,To the soft tissues defect or maldevelopment, dissect under the subcutaneous adipose layer,using e-PTFE,temporal fascia flap or their united application to fill. Results All patients were recovered in one stage, and have no any complications. Only one patitent had a 5mm^2 skin necrosis. Conclusion It＂ s very ideal,less damage and obvious effect method using the e-PTFE,temporal fascia flap or their united application.
