摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,日本高等教育财政制度进行了一系列重大改革,改革呈现出两个显著特征——市场化、国际化。透过日本高等教育财政制度改革,我们可以了解日本高等教育改革中的主课题,把握其未来发展趋势。研究该课题对于我国目前的高等教育财政制度改革和资源配置重点的转移等问题具有一定的参考价值。Since 1990＇ s series of reforms have been carried out in the financial institution of Jananese higher education. The reforms take on two remarkable characteristics —— market trend and internationalization. Through the reforms, We could acknowledge the main subject and the trend of the Japanese higher education. This study will be helpful to the financial institution reforms and resources allocation of Chinese higher education.
