中国大学科技园与英国科技园建设和管理模式研究

摘　　要：通过对中国大学科技园和英国科技园建设和管理模式的研究,论证英国科技园是国家经济转向的衍生物,是以孵化高科技企业为目标的赢利性企业;中国大学科技园是国家创新体系的一个重要组成部分,是实现高校三大功能的重要形式。提出了英国科技园的特点,还提出充分的市场氛围、良好的合作伙伴、优越的共享条件和鲜明的办园特色是科技园建设及发展成功的四个重要条件。对大学科技园的发展策略提出了四点建议。By comparing the building and managing styles of Chinese University Science Park and UK Science Park, the authors demonstrate that the UK Science Park is the spin-off of British economy in its transformation process, and it is a kind of enterprises that aim to gain profit by incubating high-tech enterprises; while Chinese University Science Park plays an important role in Chinese innovation system and it is also a significant form to realize three functions of Chinese universities. In this article, the authors indicate that the characteristics of UK Science Park are personal carving out, university proposal, government support and market regulation, while those of Chinese University Science Park are university carving out, personal participation, government promotion, and mixed operation. The paper implies four key factors leading the construction and development of Science Park to success, which are the perfect market atmosphere,good partnerships, nice sharing facilities and distinctive features of Science Park., and puts forward four suggestions for the developing strategy of Chinese University Science Park.
