获得性血友病的实验室检测及临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析总结获得性血友病患者的临床资料和实验室检查结果,为临床诊治提供实验依据.方法对15例获得性血友病患者的临床资料、实验室结果以及疗效进行回顾性分析.结果获得性血友病甲患者血浆FⅧ: C低下,抑制物筛选试验阳性,抑制物滴度为2～3 000 Bethesda单位.结论实验室结果对获得性血友病的诊断和治疗极其重要.Objective To analyse the clinical features and laboratory findings in patients with acquired hemophilia. Methods Data from 15 acquired hemophilia patients were retrospectively studied,including clinical features ,laboratory diagnosis and medical treatment. Results The plasma FⅧ ： C level was low and inhibitor screening tests were positive in 15 acquired hemophilia patients and the inhibitor titres ranged from 2 to 3 000 P, ethesda unit, Conclusion The laboratory finding is vital importance in diagnosis and treatment of acquired hemophilia.
