摘　　要：对国有商业银行上市的可行性、具体方案和步骤进行了分析和论证。通过股份制改造与最终上市,把国有商业银行改造成为治理结构完善、运行机制健全、经营目标明确、财务状况良好,具有一定国际竞争力的现代金融企业。This text has been analyzed and proved to the commercial bank in the country through the feasibility , concrete scheme and step that are listed on security market, with listing finally through shareholding system transformation, thus transform the state - run commercial bank into company＇ s administration structure is perfected, operating mechanism is sound, the operations objective is clear, the financial situation is good,modern financial enterprises with certain international competitiveness.
