摘　　要：济钢1 750m3高炉设计采用全冷却壁、砖壁合一薄壁炉衬、铜冷却壁、炭砖-陶瓷杯复合炉底、全软水密闭循环冷却系统、PW串罐无料钟炉顶、KALUG IN顶燃式热风炉等一系列先进实用技术,以实现高产、优质、低耗、长寿、环保的生产目标。A series of advanced and applicable technologies were adopted, such as full cooling stave, thin inner lining of integrated bricking and staves, carbon bricks combined furnace bottom with ceramic cup, closed loop soft water circulation and cooling system, bell -less top with central charging hopper, KALUGIN top burner type hot air stove, etc. in 1 750 m^3 blast furnace of Ji＇ nan Iron and Steel Co. , as a result, the blast furnace reached the target of high productivity, high quality, low consumption, long campaign and environment protection.
