摘 要:利用固定吸附床研究了不同金属离子改性的ZSM分子筛对NO的吸附性能.在所用样品中,钴离子改性的ZSM-5分子筛显示出了最佳的吸附性能.其对NO吸附的穿透时间随着钴含量、铝含量、浸渍液的pH和粘合剂Al2O3用量的变化而变化,随吸附温度的升高而缩短.另外,气体中存在H2S时,样品对NO的吸附穿透时间缩短.利用热重分析方法,分析了吸附剂的热再生,证明高温加热法是一种便利的NO吸附剂再生方法.The adsorption capability of nitric oxide (NO) on various metal ion-containing ZSM-5 zeolites was examined by the adsorption measurements in a fixed bed flow adsorption apparatus.Among the samples used, the Co-containing ZSM-5 showed the optimum capability for breakthrough time and adsorption amount. The breakthrough time of NO on Co-containing ZSM-5 zeolite was changed with Co-containing amounts, A1 content, pH of load solution and Al2O3 amounts. With the increase of adsorption temperature, the breakthrough time decreased. Besides, the breakthrough time of NO on Co-containing ZSM-5 zeolite with H2S in gas decreased. In addition, thermogravimetric analysis was used to study the thermo-regeneration problem of adsorbent. The result shows that heating at high temperature is a convenient method to regenerate NO-sorbent.
