镍钛记忆合金支架治疗喉气管狭窄应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨镍钛记忆合金支架治疗喉气管狭窄的应用价值.方法总结9例喉气管狭窄病例应用镍钛记忆合金支架治疗的临床资料.结果9例喉气管狭窄放置支架后,呼吸均明显畅顺.1例4个月后有肉芽生长再次手术清除后痊愈.随访6～25个月,无呼吸道再次狭窄并发症发生.结论应用镍钛记忆合金支架治疗喉气管狭窄疗效肯定,起效快,应用较方便.Objective To explore the valuethe treatment of laryngotracheal stenosis. Methodsof combination of nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy stent in 9 cases of patients with laryngotracheal stenosis were treated with nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy stent. The clinical data were analyzed. Results Among 9 patients with laryngotracheal stenosis,all patients breathed freely after stenting. Granuloma occurred 1 patient in 4 months after the operation who was cured after operation again. The patients were followed up for 6 months to 25 months;none of the patients had signs of the stricture of the respiratory tract. Conclusion The efficacy of nickel-titanium shapememory alloy stent in the treatment of laryngotracheal stenosis is certain and qulck,and it is easy to operate.
