摘　　要：目的探讨老年急腹症患者围手术期呼吸功能的检测方法。方法对40例年龄超过65岁的急腹症患者连续进行呼吸运动、胃黏膜酸碱度pH(pHi)检测,并对结果进行分析。结果老年急腹症患者术后12hpHi明显下降,24h呼吸运动出现明显变化。结论本试验能反映老年急腹症患者围手术期呼吸功能的变化趋势。Objective To design check methods of respiration function in eldedy patients with acute abdomen. Methods The results of continuous respiration exercise and sour alkalinity of stomack mucosmembrane（pHi） were analyzed in 40 patients over 65 years old with acute abdomen. Results pHi were decreased after operation 12 hours;respiration exercise appeared to obviously change after operation 24 hours. Conclusion This experiments can reflect the changes of respiration function in eldely patients with acute abdomen.
