摘　　要：分析了目前WebGIS的设计与实现方法,探讨了采用基于UML的面向对象可视化设计方法,结合微软公司新技术.NETRemoting加上ActiveX控件来设计与实现WebGIS的方法。阐述了该方法的优点和一些关键技术问题,并应用该方法实现了江苏省环境监测WebGIS。This paper analyzes the previous method of implementing the WebGIS. Based on the UML visual design method and on .Net Remoting technology, coupled with the ActiveX control, it introduces a new method to design and implement WebGIS. Some key technologies and advantages are introduced. By using the above method, environmental monitoring WebGIS of Jiangsu province is finished.
