摘　　要：目的探讨形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法采用形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折80例。结果平均随访16个月,根据王国生的疗效评价标准,优60例,良17例,优良率96.25%。结论形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折,具有创伤小、固定可靠、操作简便、安全等优点,值得推广。Objective To study the effect and indication of the shape memory alloy （SMA） embracing fixator for clavical middle segment comminuted fracture. Methods Eighty cases with clavicle middle segment comminuted fracture were treated with SMA embracing fixator. Results Eighty cases were followed up for an average of 16 months,the results were evaluated according to Wang Guosheng＇s cliteria and showed that 60 cases were excellent,and 17 cases were good.The excellent and good rate was 96. 25%. Conclusions The internal fxation with SMA embracing fixator is less traumatic, stable, saftly effective to treat clavical nliddle segment comminuted fracture, It would be widely used in clinical practice.
