摘　　要：目的对42例肺心病慢性呼吸性酸中毒患者的80例次血气测定结果。方法用不同的酸碱图(卡)及代偿公式进行酸碱类型的初步差别分析。结果结合临床表现、各种影响因素与治疗反应等作出综合判定。结论比较二种判定的差异,并提出较为实用、可靠的判断建议,以助于复合型呼吸性酸碱失衡的临床诊断与处理。Objective： To discuss the sour to chronic breath in secret concern in 42 lungs to poison the surfferr＇s 80 a gutses measurement result.Methods：Using the first step that different and sour alkali diagram（card） and on behalf formulas proceed sour alkali type distinguish the analysis. Results：The again combinative clinical performance, every kind of influence factor responds with treatment etc. Conclusion： Making a difference for synthesizing to judge, twoer kinds ofly judging, and puts forward the more practical and dependable judgment suggest, toing help to is out of balance with handles in the clinical diagnosis that reunite the type breath sour alkali.
