摘　　要：目的探讨新鲜肩锁关节Ⅲ度脱位的钢丝内固定的手术治疗方法与疗效。方法对22例新鲜肩锁关节Ⅲ度脱位行切开,喙突与锁骨间环形结扎钢丝复位与固定。结果参照Karlsson的术后疗效评定标准,优19例,良3例。结论喙突与锁骨间环扎钢丝固定是治疗新鲜肩锁关节Ⅲ度脱位的有效方法。Objective：To analyze therapeatic effectiveness of fixation with steel wire treated in the fresh threcdegree dislocation of acromioclavicular joint. Methods： 22 cases of fresh three - degree dislocation of acromioclavicular joint were treated in open reduction and fixation by circular ligative with steel wire in coracoclavicular. Results： Consulting Karlsson evaluating standard of postoperative therapeutic effect, the resalts were classified as excellent in 19 and good in 3. Conclusion： Fixation by circular ligature with steel wire in coracoclavicular were effective methods to treat in the fresh three - degree dislocation of acromioclavicular joint.
