中西医结合治疗肱骨干骨折76例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法本组76例肱骨干骨折患者,39 例采用手法整复小夹板固定,19例石膏固定,18例手术治疗,同时服用伤科接骨片治疗。结果经过平均约2 年8个月的随访,结果有2例骨不连,其余74例均骨折愈合,功能恢复。结论采用中西医结合的方法治疗肱骨干骨折可以促进骨折愈合,功能恢复也快。Objective To observe the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on 76 patients with humerus shaft fracture. Methods 76 patients suffered humerus shaft fracture, among them 39 were applied with traction to fractured bone to restore the normal position and fixed with small plywood. 19 were fixed with gypsum directly. 18 were operated and administrated Shangkejiegu tablet. Results After average 32 months＇ follow-up, 2 patients had poorly bone connection, 74 patients cured with the fracture completely healing. Conclusion The method of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on humerus shaft fracture can promote the healing and functional restoration.
