摘　　要：结合科技创新的有关理论,对科技创新系统的科技中介机构、金融机构、人力资源、产业组织、政府制度和社会文化支持子系统的演进规律和内在联系进行分析,并对这些子系统的功能进行优化设计,以期从理论上对区域科技创新支持系统的发展进行有意义的研究,促进经济的发展。This paper analyses the laws and connections of six supporting subsystems （intermediary, financial institution, human resources, industry institution, government＇s system and social culture ） of scientific and technical innovation systems with some theories of scientific and technical innovation, It also carrys on opfimizational design for the functions of these subsystems well implemented to promote the conomic development.
