摘　　要：随着农业专业化、商品化的不断发展,在农业产业化的过程中,江西省农村合作经济组织得到了蓬勃发展。分析江西农村民间流通组织协会的现状及特点,探讨了江西农村民间流通组织协会利用健全的组织网络和信息网络,在促进农业产业化发展,提高农民收入方面的成功经验,为今后农村合作经济组织的发展提出了新的思路。With the development of the specifilized and commercialized agriculture, the rural economic cooperation organizations in Jiangxi Province have achieved the splendid development. This paper covers a thorough analysis on the current situation and features of JXFCOA （Jiangxi Rural Folk Circulation Organization Association） . By displaying the way that JXFCOA utilizes the well-built organizational network and information network, demonstrating the ample experiences in promoting agriculture industrialization as well as in increasing the farmer＇s income, this paper provides a new development model for rural cooperative economic organization in the near future.
