摘 要:利用数值分析的方法,研究了密封系统对某压缩机转子振动的影响效果。分析结果表明,密封对转子的振动有非常明显的影响,密封是否会引起转子失稳,主要取决于转子的转速、密封的交叉刚度系数和主阻尼系数,只有转速达到特定值,同时交叉刚度的影响大于阻尼的影响时,转子才会失稳;转子各级叶轮处的密封对转子振动的影响程度不同,以中间一级叶轮的影响最为显著。By means of numerical analysis, the influence of the seal system on certain compressorg rotor is studied in this paper. It is found that seals have great influence on the vibration of the rotor. Whether the seals will cause the rotor self-excited vibration, it is mainly determined by tl rotor speed, as well as the cross-coupled stiffness coefficient and the direct damping coefficient of the seals. The self-excited vibration of the rotor will take place, only when the rotor speed reaches a certain value and the cross-couple stiffness has a greater influence than the direct damping coefficient at the same time. The seals on different blades have different influence on the vibration of the rotor, and the seal on the middle blade has the most obvious influence on the rotor.
