摘　　要：为缩短加工装配周期,采取高中低压分缸装配及无转子盘车等装配工艺方法。这种装配方法可以大大缩短机组的总体安装进度,但在现场安装时要注意一些与制造厂家相衔接的接口问题。以哈尔滨汽轮机厂有限责任公司生产的300MW机组为例,对现场安装过程中要注意的问题加以讨论分析。In order to shorten the machining and assembly cycle, the assembly process and method such as separate assembly of HP, IP and LP turbines and turbine turning without rotor are mostly applied. This assembly method can greatly shorten overall installation cycle. However, during installation at site, attentions shall be paid to the interface with other manufacturers. This paper takes 300MW unit manufactured by Harbin Turbine Co. Ltd. as example to discuss and analyze the items requiting attentions during installation.
