摘　　要：凡事皆有时,凡事皆有地,凡事皆为变。时间、空间、变化三个概念构成了人们认知世界的基本要素。三要素侦查法是指:研究、寻找犯罪的时间条件、空间条件、变化条件三位一体,针对案件在时、空、变三个方面的特定性,全面定位,综合分析,在时,空、变中找线索、求突破。通过具体的案例剖析,全面阐述三要素侦查法的实战性运用和预防性运用。There are time, site and change in all things. The three concepts of time, site and change make up basic factors that people recognize the world. The investigation method of three factors points out that we research and seek for criminal conditions on time ,space and change. Keeping in mind case in the peculiarity of time, space and change, overall fixing location, comprehensive analysis, look for clue and solve a case in time, space and change. Completely explain practicality and prevention on the investigation method of three factors by case analysis.
