底层框架抗震墙砖房抗震设计计算若干问题的研究

摘　　要：根据试验结果和分析研究，本文对底层框架抗震墙设计计算中若干问题作了研究并提出建议，内容包括这类房屋的底层地震作用设计值的取值、底层地震剪力的分配、第１层与第２层侧移刚度比的合理取值、底层地震倾覆力矩的分配及底层框架梁竖向荷载的合理取值和梁的设计建议。In this Paper, several problems of design calculation in multi- storybrickbuildingswith frame and shear wall in first story were studied and recommendations were proposed basedon experimental results and analytical research.These rcommendations include:design values ofthe seismic action in the first story,assignment of seismic shears in the first story. rational val-ues on the ratio of lateral drift stiffness on the second story to that of the first story,asignment ofthe seismic overturning moment,rational values of vertical load and design suggestion for framedbeams in the first story.
