摘　　要：自然资源是人类社会生存和发展的物质基础,如果人类违背自然规律地向大自然过度索取,必然会导致自然生态系统服务下降。自然资源开发利用走可持续发展的道路,是实现人与自然的和谐统一的基础,是实现经济效益、环境效益、社会效益良性发展的关键。Natural resources are the substance basis of existence and development of human society. They can provide valuable and limited service for human beings. If man goes against thenatural law to demand too much, it will reduce the service of the ecosystem. Following a continued developing road of the exploitation and usage of nature resources will realize the basis of hu manbeings, nature harmoniousness and unification. It will be the key of the social, environmental and economic benefits.
